What an irony to name them love handles, isn’t it? Will anything they stand for make you love them in any way? Especially for guys, they can mean the irritating issue with the unlovable fat that clings to the sides of their waist. The good news is that some exercises will further refine the place after you get rid of that fat. To put it briefly, at least three times a week, but ideally five times, you should go for some cardio, which will increase your metabolism. Twist crunches
They are comparable to crunches, but offer an excellent opportunity to work on the love handles. Start in the same position as the previous exercise, only this time keep your hands behind the head – which as slightly elevated like before – and use your core to bring your left elbow near your right knee. Once there breathe while you count to 3, then come back to the floor. Now do it for the other leg and see if you can manage it 25 times.
Standing trunk twists
This workout is very effective for both burning fat and toning muscle. Whilst standing with your feet wide apart, keeping your hips and your legs stable, twist to the left. Repeat for the opposite side and complete another 100.

Tae Bo
Tae Bo is an ideal workout that not only works to tone your obliques, but also provides you with a good cardio workout.
